I always drove imports, usually Honda' s and Toyota's but I have to say that I really am impressed with my Hyundai. The car looks and drives great. Also, the guys at Webb Hyundai really are nice. They made the purchasing experience a pleasure. I actually had to go out of my way to purchase from Webb but the other two dealerships I shopped were not up front in the sales process. I highly recommend this dealership.

Daisey was my Salesperson and she was wonderful. I was very comfortable with speaking with Daisey she promptly returned all my calls and answered all of my questions. I wanted a lady because I feel men can be a little over powering and when I called your dealership she took the call. I asked her to keep an eye out for a small car or truck to use in the winter and I have no doubt she will be calling me in the next couple of months. You made an excellent choice in choosing Daisey, she is truly an asset to your company. I'm not sure if there are many female dealership owners but if not Daisey would surely make an excellent Owner. I will be sure to mention her to any one I know that's in the market for a new/used car.

We dealt with Terry at Webb Hyundai. Terry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and very enthusiastic about Hyundai in general. He is a very experienced salesperson. He made the sale without me even having an oppurtunity to try and haggle with the price. I would typically "negotiate" the price and never pay the full sticker price, but he had the conversation going in such a way that he talked me right through my window of opportunity . Which says a lot about him as a member of your sales team. He's good, really good. I normally can talk my way into a "deal", but Terry kept the ball rolling and my window of opportunity opened and closed without me even realizing it. Whcih is great for your Webb Hyundai. Jim did a fantastic job in helping me purchase my new Elantra. Each time I stopped into the dealership, he always greeted me with a friendly smile and conversation. You did many things right or you wouldn' t have gotten my business. Women (or at least this one) seldom want to play the "bartering" game with a dealership regarding price and you seemed to sense that. I will praise you over and over, throughout the University for that. I got a good price without the silly negotiations and I thoroughly appreciate that. There are, however, things about the car and warranty info that I shouldn't have to ask about. While my schedule is hectic, some things need attention and I could have found time.

I love my Elantra!! Buying it was a great experience and driving it is relaxing and fun! Great mileage for city and combined driving is much better than my midsize Optima was. Blue lights on dash are easier on the eyes than the red on the Optima. I really liked my Kia Optima and didn't have any problems, but like my Elantra Limited better leather, heated seats, travel information with odometer, sound system, bigger wheels, sunroof. I trust it will give me many years of trouble-free driving.

In the past I have had high pressure saleman and mind games played on me. This experience has changed my mind regarding car salesman/women. I had the most pleasant experience without the high pressure tactics. The best deal was given to me here,bar none! The Internet sales system worked for me. Never had to talk or see anyone till I went in for a test drive.

When I started looking for a new Genesis I wanted to do my research. I emailed 4 or 5 dealerships. Of all those dealerships i dealt with, Cameron at webb hyundai was the most helpful. He got me everything i asked for and would follow up with me to make sure everything was good to go when I came in. When i did come in he had the vehicle pulled up for me and ready to go. We signed the papers and i left, it was a very easy process.

Daisy found us a great used 2009 Hyundai Accent. We've had it for two weeks now, and we couldn't be happier! They were very friendly, professional, and listened to all of our concerns. We thought we were going to buy an older model car, but ended up with a newer model at a great price. They also offered us a terrific APR as well. I'd give them a 6 rating, if one existed! :)

First of all I love my car, I always purchased American because that is how I was taught by my parents but with learning what Hyundai offers I will definitely not go back! I got pricing and all my information thru email so by the time I got to the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was paying for it! On the internet, Daisy Garcia answered all my questions about a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited. When I went into the dealership, Dean Miller was very helpful in answering a few more questions and "got the ball rolling" to purchase my chosen car. The financial young man, the cashier, all were very friendly and courteous. I was very satisfied with my purchase and can't wait until it gets here from the factory!

My Review of Webb Hyundai:
I'd like to point out that when I purchased my 2011 Sonata there was a flaw in the rear bumper (what looked to be lot damage from moving cars around). I noticed it at delivery when the car was all cleaned up and I did a thorough walk around BEFORE I drove away. The salesman and I documented it and had it signed off on by a manager and we all had copies of what needed to be done. I made the appointment about a week later, brought my car back (was even given a loner car to drive as long as needed), and they repaired the bumper as promised with no incident. The repair came out absolutely perfect also.

I'm not sure why that previous post was the way they claimed because I couldn't be happier with the whole process at this dealership. It just goes to show that the customer has to take some responsibility and realize once you drive away anything can happen. You can't drive home and park in the garage and all of a sudden notice something on the car. Even if it is 15 minutes old and you drove 2 miles away. Situations like that prior bad review probably took place late at night near closing and the customer was in a big hurry and didn't take the time to look over the car. Even if there was something not right with it it is still the customers responsibility to inspect the car PRIOR to driving away. Then if something isn't right with the vehicle here is the biggest tip one can do. GET IT IN WRITING!! You have no one but yourself to blame not having everything you are requesting put down in writing and signed off on by a manager. No excuses. Unfortunately the customer is NOT always right for being careless and trying to get something for nothing. You can't blame the dealer for damage that could have happened after you drove away. It's funny how everyone has camera phones today, why couldn't that person take a picture of the damage at the dealer at the time they bought the car?

Anyway, I had an excellent experience and feel the Sonata is a great product. I'll admit that not every dealer is perfect but my concerns were handled exactly how I expected. I'll continue to bring my Sonata in for service and purchase more vehicles from Webb in the future.

I had such a pleasant experience visiting Webb Hyundai two days ago when I purchased my new Genesis. I personally dealt with Ms. Webb who was a pleasure to deal with, she was SUPER kind and very attentive to my needs. I work very long hours so I don't have much time to sit around trying to find the right car. She had my vehicle pulled up as soon as I got there with a tag hanging from the mirror that read hold for "The Jackson Family". I was in and out after that! Everyone was so kind and helped me in anyway they could. I will DEFINITELY recommend everyone to this dealership. I love the fact that I received great value for my money and know for a fact that my time was well spent. Webb Hyundai will definitely be the place me and my family will purchase there vehicles from!

If you are like most of us, then you hate to go in the car dealers, but let me tell you a secret, go to WEBB Hyundai online look at there stock find what you want call set an appointment tell them that you have en emergency and you need to make up with your wife, trust me in less than 1 hour you can put the most beautiful smile on your wife, and then when you get home she will return the favor, I know it happen to me.

I recently had to take my 2004 Sante Fe in for an alternator. The service department told me immediately that they would have one the next day. They called the next day and said the SUV was ready. There was no charge because it was covered by warranty.

I had a quick diagnosis of the problem and a quick repair.There was no pressure to purchase any other services. I will definitely go back.

We had been looking for a car for my son to commute to college classes. We were looking at late model used cars. When we discovered Hyundai, we quickly decided that we would be better off with a new vehicle with a full warranty for just slightly more money. I went on line and asked for prices from many area dealers. Webb came back with the best price BY FAR. They were not pushy and didn't pester me. We went in on a Saturday and ended up with a new Sonata. The entire staff was very helpful, particularly the on line girls, Molly and Daisy, but Mr. Brian Webb himself made sure we got a great deal in the end. Then we were invited to a clinic several weeks later and learned a lot more about the car. Free car washes and shuttle service are nice gestures. Even though we live 50 miles away and pass several Hyundai dealers on the way to Highland, I think we'll end up servicing our car here for the foreseeable future. We highly recommend Webb Hyundai.

Last night my car would not shift out of park and I was stuck in a parking lot. The tow truck came within 30 minutes and when we arrived at Webb Hyundai, there were still people working in the service area. They promptly attended to my car, gave me a loaner car (knowing I had to be at work in the morning), and I was home by 7:00pm (issue began at 6:00). I was so impressed with how kind and attentive they were, and what a positive attitude they had.They stopped what they were working on and helped me. I can't thank them enough for making this issue so easy to deal with! I was also impressed that what I thought would take the day to fix, took only a little part of the morning, and I had my car back in no time at all. I love my Sonata and I love Webb Hyundai.

Came in for an oil change, the service manage quickly identified that there were three outstanding 'soft'? Recalls on my sonata. I was asked if I had time for them to be completed at the same time of the oil change, or would I like to schedule in the future. The service manager did a fairly good job at estimating the amount of time needed for all the work. Webb Hyundai, is a very clean and polite dealership. Highly recommended.
