We did not meet Shane, so the rating for him is N/A. Eric was very friendly and was very passionate about his job. Mark was very helpful with all the questions we had. I rated the dealership lower because we waited for a while to get a number on the car we wanted to buy, and we waited for a while on the trade-in value of our current car. The process was not quick, and we had to come in on another day after they sent over a text detailing the pricing 5 days after the first visit.
