I want to thank "Big John" for helping get me into a 2027 Hyundai Palisade, black ink. This car was hard to come by, but John stayed in touch until the moment it arrived. The overall experience from start to finish was smooth. John knew all the features of the car and demonstrates his knowledge at the final walk through. He took me over all the features and I learned about a few things I didnt know were options. He also took a few minutes to hand buff out a minor scratch I noticed. On the rear trunk by the plate. I did have one issue, that I unfortunately didnt notice until I got home. The car was parked under a canopy at turnover, in the shade. So with a black interior, it is easy to miss. When I got home the sun was hitting the interior trim, at which point I noticed some minor scratches. Not sure if this came from the factory or if it was done when they prepped the car for turnover. I did call John and spoke with him about it, just in case it was some left over residue from the protective plastic when it was shipped. I wanted to wait before I mentioned this to get an opinion from fullers in case they could remove it. Went today and found that it is in fact scratched. For whatever reason, this trim is where hyundai went cheap as fullers said this material scratches easy. If it was a factory scratch, bad quality control. If it was done at the dealership, the people in back need to be more careful. Pictures attached. I wouldve taken a star off, but I dont know who did it, so I couldn't let it affect the dealers review.
