Arrived at around 2:45 pm for a scheduled test drive for a used car I had found online and was interested in. "Big John" was the salesman we dealt with. I've been coming to Webb Hyundai for many years with my first vehicle Hyundai Elantra and my new vehicle Hyundai Tucson Limited unfortunately my car cannot get fixed the Tucson but I'm working on it right now to get it done at Webb Hyundai the people here are great and I love the service keep up the good work

The dealership provided best service under difficult circumstances with power out. They tried to get as much warranty coverage possible for my repairs. However they also computed my total out of pocket amount $100 more than the correct amount. I insisted they recalculate and caught the error. I’m glad that I traded the Hyundai, and will not buy another one!

My 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid was in for a 70k mile inspection/maintenance. The recommended maintenance was a little pricey but when I drove my vehicle back home it felt much like it did when it was new without the new car smell. I ended up being glad that I chose to do the entire recommended maintenance. Not sure who the mechanic was but if you have your vehicle serviced at Hyundai of Highland, IN hope you get the guy that serviced my Santa Fe. Pete

Our salesman Kyle was amazing, I bought my first car from him and he took the time to answer all my questions and make sure to work the deal in our favor! He always checked to make sure we were okay and if he didn’t know the answer, would always double check and ask before to provide us the most reliable information! He was so open and honest with us and was extremely personable! Couldn’t ask for a better salesman during my first journey buying a vehicle!

Everyone was really helpful. I came in for a rattle/vibration that happened when I would accelerate and the technician worked for a few days until he figured it out. I was given a loaner car. This was covered under warranty. Good experience.

Gavin is a bully. He does not care about getting you in the right vehicle but only about making the sale as any cost to the buyer. Do not trust this salesman.

My daughter's car was recently in for a problem with the electrical systems. Due to current events, parts were on a long delay to be delivered. Anthony in the service department was very professional and transparent when it came to any updates on when the car would be ready. He would contact me weekly to keep me informed on any step that had been taken. Daughter's car runs like brand new with no complaints. Big shout out to Anthony for being professional and great costumer service!

I brought my Hyundai santa fe for some basic tune up and to change the sun visors. the work was good the communication was lacking. I waited roughly 2 weeks to get my car back, which would be more tolerable especially since the visors were not readily available if I would get communication about what is going on.
