I bought my car at Family Hyundai but you could never get a service appointment for weeks for routine maintenance. Webb is a little more expensive but you have hardly any wait for appointments. I can't figure that out, but my car gets serviced, the folks are extremely pleasant, the waiting area is comfortable and complete with beverages and snacks. No one likes to get their car serviced but Webb at least allows you to get it over with and makes you comfortable doing it. Family Hyundai hasn't seen me for quite some time.

Big John is awesome. Knows the product down to the bolt. Not pushy, respects everyone, makes great conversation and does his best for his customer. This dealership is also awesome about working online. They offer upfront pricing and financing. Really saved me on the last second Mother’s Day gift for the wife. - thanks Big John.

We really appreciate this dealership. We first became aquatinted with Webb when we lived in the town where they are located. Even though we have moved further away, we continue to come to this dealership for all our maintenance needs.

Don’t know if tire rotation was done. Should gave been part of package, tried to charge extra for the service and at the end said it needed to be done.

There's no home delivery service, everything else is fine for now. Overall it's a pleasant experience to do business with this dealership, they don't give you an inflated quote which make you spend a lot of time removing add-ons.

I brought this car in for derive weeks ago. Sitting in waiting room someone brought in my cabin filter and asked if I wanted to replace it and I said no. We left to go to Florida and the blower motor started to squeak. I brought it in to get motor replace and they told me there was debris in it and charged me a 200$ diagnostic fee. Wonderful experience at Webb Hyundai. Mark was personable and honest and made buying a car stress free and enjoyable.

The service advisor was not knowledgeable about anything. For example, when I asked her about service deals, she did not know. When I checked the website it was down for updates. I showed her the website, again she did not know. I asked her to get another advisor or manager. She then stated nobody was available. I just gave up at that point and said I will find another dealer to take my vehicle to who knows SOMETHING.

I was greeted immediately by a very friendly sales associate who ended up selling me the car. We went through a lot of numbers to get to a place where we were happy but it worked out.

Webb Hyundai was amazing throughout the car buying experience. Matthea had great communication and was up front about all of the costs that would be part of the out the door price. We did not meet Shane, so the rating for him is N/A. Eric was very friendly and was very passionate about his job. Mark was very helpful with all the questions we had. I rated the dealership lower because we waited for a while to get a number on the car we wanted to buy, and we waited for a while on the trade-in value of our current car. The process was not quick, and we had to come in on another day after they sent over a text detailing the pricing 5 days after the first visit.

Just about every time I've home for service, i would have to end up going back because of either faulty parts or the service tech forgetting to put all the pieces back onto the engine, probably won't be returning to the service department anytime soon, unless I absolutely have to.

Pretty solid place to buy a used Hyundai. I bought a Tuscon SEL (which I love) from Kevin highly recommend him. Don't go through his "partner" Mark had a bit of an attitude with me when I experienced a small issue with the car seat. However I emailed Kevin and he was exceptional from before I bought the car to after I bought it he still helped. Even getting out a stain himself. Would be 5 star if I just went through Kevin!

I have never bought a car from the highland location. I have only used the service department for several years and I have had no issues with the mechanical work done on my car; in the past 2 years, customer service has changed I have had 4 incidents where service does not provide a status update, service mgr doesn't return calls, the time my vehicle was to be ready - it wasn't, recall work is completed but I still get calls from service to get it done / website shows it's still pending.

Quick to get the car registered in. Getting the car back after an oil change and tire rotation wasn't too bad. Car could have used a car wash, I didn't know if I should have requested that when I first arrived. Should be was part of their service to make the customer feel better about getting into a clean car after it was serviced. Thanks

came in for an oil change, I think it took longer than it should have. also invoice showed 6 quarts of oil and the car does not hold that much.
