The service, knowledge was very professional. We’re not happy with the 2025 Kona SEL. The range of the vehicle is not what it was presented to be. We will be in touch with the dealer tomorrow, Monday, Feb 3,2025. Not sure how to get this resolved. Confident that the dealer will provide a fair solution.

Our sales person was Joe, he was amazing. Only downside to the purchase experience was the add on items that were not disclosed online. These added just around 3 thousand dollars to the purchase price of the car and they would not budge on those items. Again Joe was 10/10

Getting new front brakes and rotors was quick and painless. The cashier who helped us even looked up a coupon for us and applied it to the final bill, which was very thoughtful and wonderful. Clean lounge area with free teas and coffees. New brakes work great!
Kevin was good to deal with, the vehicle was in great condition. Beware, this dealer participates in the Brake Plus scam. They install a $10 flashing brake module on all of their vehicles and then force you to pay $500 on top of the advertised price because it’s already installed.
