Very Happy with my new (used) Hyundai Tucson! Matthea was great and helped move things along despite some hiccups on my end with a bank transfer. They were flexible and able to come up with a solution so i could still drive my car home that day. I would definitely come here again.

Everything went well.
Everything went well. The only disappointing thing is having to pay the credit card fee on the almost $4000 service bill. I wouldn’t really expect it from a big dealership like you guys to charge that.

I do have some concerns with the Overall Dealership.
I do have some concerns with the Overall Dealership... I called Service center because I am having issues with the Shifting. I was able to bring the car in and they looked it over and could not find anything wrong... Unfortunately I am still having the issue where the car shuts off sometimes when I am at the light. I am not sure what to do if the issue is not showing up when the dealership looks at it but it happens when I'm driving...

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Webb Hyundai. Matthea did a great job. She let us test drive as many vehicles as we needed to compare them. This was our first new vehicle purchase, and they made the experience very smooth. Matthea was well versed in all the features and operations of the vehicles. She went above and beyond to show us everything on the Sante Fe. Laurel did a great job explaining the factory warranty, extended warranty, and the services they offer to the customers. I would recommend Webb Hyundai to anyone who is looking to purchase a Hyundai vehicle. Great selection of used cars I seen there as well. Thank you all, job well done.

I came in for an oil change and vehicle inspection
I came in for an oil change and vehicle inspection special and advised the service advisor Cindi Kobiela that we had a clunk noise in the rear. We were advised of the issues they found during the inspection, but the tech couldn't duplicate the noise in the rear that we had advised them of. I assumed that by paying for the oil change and inspection special, we should not have been charged the extra $198.55 charge for checking out this noise. Cindi said that even she needs to pay for having things checked out. Shouldn't the special we had already purchased, cover this expense and we should not have been charged an additional $198.55? On top of this unexpected and extremely excessively large dollar amount, we had to wait approximately three hours for our car to be finished, even though we had made an appointment for this service in advance.

Today was a rough day for my family and I. We walked into the dealership a little stressed. John Crawford”BIG JOHN” and his trainee were the absolute dopest. There was a situation that had nothing to do directly with the dealership. These two gentlemen made my family feel understood. Big John was not accepting any disrespect from the company that is always beyond disrespectful . I didn’t have to argue with anyone on the phone because BIG JOHN shut it down right away. My father is a U.S NAVY veteran and he was treated like ROYALTY. Thank You BIG JOHN!!!! See you guys soon.

The only downside of our experience at Webb Hyundai was that one of the salespeople kept trying to sell us additional protections, even though we had limited time and clearly expressed multiple times that we were not interested. However, Mark was excellent in assisting us with the car purchase.

There's no home delivery service, everything else is fine for now. Overall it's a pleasant experience to do business with this dealership, they don't give you an inflated quote which make you spend a lot of time removing add-ons.
