I got an Ok price, not upset at all. However, the dealer was not willing to really negotiate the price, I did not feel any sort of willingness to actually work on the price. I ended up making the purchase, again not a horrible price but would not recommend this dealer to anyone

Highland Hyundai has very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Their break room is awesome as they cover hot and cold refreshments. Their break room atmosphere is nice and it’s sooooo clean. They explain what the vehicle needs pleasantly and how much it will cost if out of warranty. I had a great experience;)

I was very pleased with the time it took for my oil change and tire rotation. I also was informed by Tony B. that I could take my Tuscan and run it thru the Wash Bay when I need to. Also had a chance to talk to Big John who I was very pleased with when I leased our Tuscan.

They do good work, this time around it was just a failure
They do good work, this time around it was just a failure to contact me back about the installation of my tires that had come in two days after my visit. I was told that they might come in later on 5-29 and that I'll receive a call regarding that. So when I did receive a call I figured that it was about that but it was a follow up about my visit as if the work was completed already which threw me for a loop so when I explained to the person that called regarding that on 5-29, that I was still waiting to receive a call back so that I may get my tires installed I was told the same thing that I'll be called back upon their arrival to the shop.I then found myself waiting 2 extra days after they've arrived and having to call in myself in on order to find out that my tires had arrived 5-30 later that day. The reason for my review was the fact that I was waiting a whole 2 extra days to receive a call that I had to make on 6-2 to find out that my tires had arrived and I still hadn't received my call back and I had to risk driving back and forth to Chicago for work on my spare tire for two extra unnecessary days. I will never try to discredit the good work and service that I usually receive, this time around they just dropped the ball on this one.

There's no home delivery service, everything else is fine for now. Overall it's a pleasant experience to do business with this dealership, they don't give you an inflated quote which make you spend a lot of time removing add-ons.

When my son arrived for the scheduled appointment @
When my son arrived for the scheduled appointment @ Highland on March 3rd, he was turned away and told that the Highland location no longer services Genesis vehicles and that he would have to travel to Merrillville. Why did no one bother to call me and let me know this prior to us going there, as a matter of fact I even received a text reminder on Sunday, 3/2 confirming my appointment at your Highland location. After several calls back and with between Ernie (Highland manager) and Joe (Merrillville manager) Highland agreed to do a simple oil change (which is all I wanted). If you are no longer servicing Genesis vehicles in Highland, you should not have that option available via your website. It is misleading and an unnecessary inconvenience that you are causing your customers.
