Our sales person was Joe, he was amazing.
Our sales person was Joe, he was amazing. Only downside to the purchase experience was the add on items that were not disclosed online. These added just around 3 thousand dollars to the purchase price of the car and they would not budge on those items. Again Joe was 10/10

They worked hard to get my payments where I wanted them. The finance person was very keen on selling additional warranties when Hyundai already offers the best warranty in the industry. Couldn't be happier with the car I chose. Make sure you let them know the Internet sale price so you don't get stuck paying the window sticker price.

I have decided not to bring my car to this dealership for
I have decided not to bring my car to this dealership for service anymore. Yesterday, I picked up my car after a simple oil change and found muddy footprints on the inside floor panel on the driver's side, and this is not the first or second time this has happened. Before I would clean it myself, but this time I went back into the Service Department to let them know and have them clean it. As I was driving away, I noticed dirty fingerprints on the side pane of my driver's door in the inside, and on the outside of my glove box and some of the contents of my glove box on the floor. I keep my car clean inside and out, and have never gotten my cars delivered in this condition from a dealership, except this one. The worst part is when I went in to let them know, the young lady Jori was great; however, the Manager or Assistant Manager had an attitude as if he was being bothered. Instead of apologizing and offering to clean the dirt, he asked if it was salt residue with a nasty attitude. Just ignorant. Even if it was salt residue, which it was not because it was brown and clearly muddy, I didn't bring my car to the dealership that way and it should not have been returned to me that way either. The only ones who are pleasant are the two ladies (Jori and Cindy). The men should learn from them. Overall, terrible customer service in their Service Department, and like all companies, it starts at the top!

Bought a new Venue but showed them a dent when I took a
Bought a new Venue but showed them a dent when I took a pic of the car before I left with it then after my daughter received her car for Christmas we found the hood dent after cleaned. Sent the video and pic of it in the lot and I received a text back saying that car was sold on minor implications cause it was a loaner for the service dept. but I do have the remainder of the factory warranty !!!! lol yeah u can’t make this up lol. I’ve bought over a dozen new cars in my life and never hear that or delt with this matter before. Won’t be back won’t do service there either. Who knows what they’ll tell me on a oil change lol

My car has excessive oil consumption, 2 quarts in less
My car has excessive oil consumption, 2 quarts in less than a 1,000 miles. I was told I needed a Combustion Clean Out "maintenance" procedure prior to finding and actually fixing that problem. I balked at the price of that procedure $900, as I had purchased a 3 year Engine Warranty Insurance policy when I bought the car. After posting my Rating I was contacted and offered that Maintenance Service free. The Maintenance Clean Out procedure was done. Now I am on my second Excessive Oil Consumption test which means I must drive my car for 1,000 miles and return to the dealership for to check the oil level. I will reserve my final Rating until after that is done and whatever engine problem causing excessive oil consumption is repaired. I do appreciate the dealership working with me on this issue..
