I bought my car at Family Hyundai but you could never get a service appointment for weeks for routine maintenance. Webb is a little more expensive but you have hardly any wait for appointments. I can't figure that out, but my car gets serviced, the folks are extremely pleasant, the waiting area is comfortable and complete with beverages and snacks. No one likes to get their car serviced but Webb at least allows you to get it over with and makes you comfortable doing it. Family Hyundai hasn't seen me for quite some time.

This is the second time into the dealer for a recall. I made an appointment for the first time, only to be told the part was not it. Service blamed parts for not having it in stock. I advised service that I would be out of town for work, so I would schedule when I was back in town. I was called and told it was time sensitive to return the car to the dealer. I was under the impression that the service advisor was in charge of coordinating the repairs. The vehicle was picked up and appears to be ok. Pretty solid place to buy a used Hyundai. I bought a Tuscon SEL (which I love) from Kevin highly recommend him. Don't go through his "partner" Mark had a bit of an attitude with me when I experienced a small issue with the car seat.
