My 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid was in for a 70k mile inspection/maintenance. The recommended maintenance was a little pricey but when I drove my vehicle back home it felt much like it did when it was new without the new car smell. I ended up being glad that I chose to do the entire recommended maintenance. Not sure who the mechanic was but if you have your vehicle serviced at Hyundai of Highland, IN hope you get the guy that serviced my Santa Fe. Pete

Our salesman Kyle was amazing, I bought my first car from him and he took the time to answer all my questions and make sure to work the deal in our favor! He always checked to make sure we were okay and if he didn’t know the answer, would always double check and ask before to provide us the most reliable information! I waited roughly 2 weeks to get my car back, which would be more tolerable especially since the visors were not readily available if I would get communication about what is going on.

Very friendly people. Clean, and professional atmosphere. My Mother and I were met with a “Hello” instantly, and they held the doors open for us. Gavin took care of us, and helped me buy a Buick. From the test drive ,to driving off the lot, it took us less than 5-6 hours. The car looks brand new, and they serviced it before selling it. Fantastic experience at Webb Hyundai was instantly greeted by our salesman Big John. Within 2 minutes of telling Big John about the vehicle we were interested in it was already pulled up and ready for the test drive. Hi all! I recently purchased a certified vehicle from this dealership. i will not make many comments on the car since ive had it for about a day but i will talk about my experience! Gavin Basile is a great guy and a great salesman! Gavin was so personable and easy to talk to! Gavin answered all my questions and had so much knowledge! Just a good, genuine guy, not a sleezy salesman like some that work there… Regardless they've got some nice cars on the lot and they’ll negotiate! Just bring a calculator, look up a loan calculator, be a math wizard or something if you talk to anyone but Gavin because the others are misleading deceitful sleezy salesmen. To name specifically Eric. He will throw some numbers your way and say it “washes” and that you’re actually paying like three dollars less for your monthly payment with lower interest and blah blah blah but it’s actually multiple thousand dollars tacked on just pretty much in replacement of your down payment! Just come with a clear head because they will try and get you. Not Gavin Basile though! Just in my case, Eric and some other guy thats lucky I didn’t remember his name. I will only ask for Gavin anytime I have questions or need anything. The car selection is great, Gavin is great, and majority of the staff I greeted in passing were great.
